Aluminized Fiberglass Tadpole Gasket is a flexible thermal sealing solution designed for oven doors, heating equipment, thermal enclosures, access panels, covers and other industrial applications where heat reflection and reliable compression sealing are required. The gasket combines a woven fiberglass cover with an aluminized surface and a flexible internal core. The reflective outer layer helps redirect radiant heat away from the gasket surface, while the internal core provides the body and resilience required for the tadpole sealing profile. Depending on the application, the gasket can be manufactured with a galvanized wire core or hollow flexible core. The bulb compresses against the mating surface to create the primary seal, while the tail provides an attachment area for mounting to doors, frames, panels or equipment structures.
