BSTFLEX fiberglass needle mat is a flexible, binder-free E-glass insulation felt formed by mechanical needle punching. It is supplied for fabrication into industrial insulation assemblies, including jacket cores, equipment panels and pipe insulation. The available specification range covers 3–25 mm thickness and 100–220 kg/m³ density, with roll dimensions selected to suit production requirements. Plain mat can be cut to size, while foil-faced, adhesive-backed and stitch-bonded constructions are available as separate options.
