High Temperature Insulation Silica Fiber Needled Mat
BSTFLEX silica needle mat is a mechanically needled, nonwoven insulation material for high-temperature fabrication. It is supplied as a plain mat for use inside heat-treatment pads, removable covers and industrial insulation assemblies. Select the required thickness and areal weight, then confirm the composition and thermal duty for the project. Special thicknesses, densities, lengths and packing can be discussed. Send the component drawing, operating cycle and order quantity for material review and quotation. Projects requiring a reinforced construction can be reviewed separately for stitch-bonded silica mat.
