BSTFLEX silica cloth covered ceramic core tadpole gasket is a flexible high temperature sealing solution designed for furnace doors, industrial ovens, kilns and thermal processing equipment. The gasket features a rounded sealing bulb supported by a ceramic core and protected by a high temperature silica cloth cover. The extended tail provides a practical mounting section for mechanical attachment to doors, frames and access panels. The ceramic core provides heat-resistant structural support within the bulb, while the silica cloth cover forms the external thermal barrier. This construction is suitable for applications where a non-metallic core is preferred for high temperature sealing and thermal insulation. The ceramic core tadpole gasket can be manufactured in different bulb diameters, tail dimensions, lengths and configurations according to the equipment design.
