For high-temperature insulation projects, heat resistance alone is not enough. Industrial buyers also need to know whether the fabric has enough mechanical strength for cutting, sewing, handling, hanging and long-term use in demanding environments.

BSTFLEX tested its 0.75 mm, 600 g/m², 96% silica fabric according to GB/T 3923.1-2013. The test result showed strong tensile performance, with 2000 N in the warp direction and 1200 N in the weft direction.

This tested tensile strength makes the fabric suitable for applications where both high-temperature resistance and fabric durability are required. It can be used for welding blankets, furnace curtains, heat shield layers, exhaust insulation blankets, expansion joints, removable insulation covers and custom thermal protection products.
Compared with general insulation cloth, tested high silica fabric gives OEM buyers, distributors and industrial fabricators a more reliable material basis for finished heat protection products. The fabric can be supplied in rolls, cut pieces, coated fabric, stitched panels or fabricated insulation parts according to customer requirements.
