BSTFLEX Sewn Zippered Bellows are custom fabric protective covers with a longitudinal zipper that opens for fitting around existing cylinder rods, ball screws, shafts and actuators. The split design provides convenient access for inspection, servicing and bellows replacement, helping reduce component disassembly where equipment layout and end mountings allow. The pleated construction extends and compresses with machine travel while helping protect moving parts from dust and debris. Each zippered fabric bellows can be customized in profile, compressed length, extended length, stroke, zipper position and end fittings. Fabric, sewing thread and zipper components are selected according to operating temperature, coolant exposure and movement requirements for OEM machinery, maintenance and retrofit projects.
