Aluminum Foil Fiberglass Corrugated Tube is a flexible heat protection tube designed to shield wires, cables, hoses, pipes and temperature-sensitive components from radiant heat. The corrugated structure allows easy bending around routing paths, while the aluminum foil surface reflects heat away from the protected part. It is widely used in automotive, heater ducting, air conditioning lines, engine compartments, industrial machinery and equipment insulation.

This aluminum foil corrugated tube is manufactured with a laminated heat reflective construction. The standard AAF structure uses aluminum foil layers with a fiberglass insulation layer to provide a lightweight, flexible and easy-to-install barrier against radiant heat. It can be cut to the required length and installed over straight or slightly curved lines where reflective thermal protection is needed.

Compared with ordinary plastic conduit or paper ducting, aluminum foil fiberglass corrugated tube provides better heat reflection and higher temperature resistance.
