Basalt Fabric Cover Wire Mesh Core Tadpole Gasket is a high-temperature sealing component designed for furnace doors, industrial ovens, thermal processing equipment, stoves, enclosures and other applications where a flexible heat-resistant gasket is required. The gasket combines a woven basalt fabric outer cover with an internal wire mesh core. The basalt fabric provides a durable thermal barrier and protects the internal structure from direct exposure to heat and mechanical contact, while the wire mesh core gives the gasket its resilient profile and helps it maintain its shape during repeated compression. The tadpole-style construction creates a rounded sealing bulb and an integrated mounting tail.
