High Temperature Acoustic Pillow for Gas Turbine Exhaust Silencers is a custom-made acoustic insulation component designed for industrial exhaust silencers, gas turbine exhaust systems, splitter baffles and high-temperature noise-control equipment. The pillow construction securely contains heat-resistant fibrous insulation while allowing sound energy to enter the absorptive core. Each acoustic pillow can be manufactured according to the required length, width, thickness, density and silencer cavity dimensions. Core materials, outer fabrics, reinforcement layers and stitching systems can also be selected according to operating temperature, exhaust gas velocity, acoustic performance and installation requirements.
