BSTFLEX Sewn Round Bellows are custom flexible protective covers designed for hydraulic cylinder rods, ball screws, lead screws, shafts, actuators and other moving machine components. The pleated fabric construction expands and compresses with equipment movement while helping shield critical parts from dust, metal chips, abrasion, oil, coolant and heat.
Each round fabric bellows can be customized in inside diameter, outside diameter, compressed length, extended length, stroke, material and mounting method. Available materials include coated nylon, silicone coated fiberglass, PTFE coated fiberglass, aluminized fiberglass and other technical fabrics for standard or high-temperature applications.
Custom collars, flanges, clamps, internal supports and split or zippered designs are available for OEM machinery, replacement parts and special industrial equipment.

Unlike standard molded rubber bellows, sewn fabric bellows can be manufactured in a wide range of diameters, stroke lengths, compressed lengths and material combinations. This makes them particularly suitable for OEM machinery, replacement protection systems and applications where standard molded bellows cannot meet the required dimensions or operating conditions.
