Carbon fiber braided sleeve is made of 3K,6K,12K fiber yarn by special weaving process, it is a biaxial braid of precisely oriented fibers of maximum stiffness, torsial stability and compressive strength.

Carbon Fiber Braided Sleeves is made of 3K,6K,12K fiber yarn by special weaving process.

We also manufacture sleeves using kevlar fibers, glass fibers.

Carbon Fiber Braided Sleeves has high strength and light weight, and becomes the reinforcing material of many high performance materials.These sleeves will expand in diameter if the ends are pushed together and also will decrease in diameter if pulled from both ends.

The sleeve has a 45 degree orientation and will compress about 20-25% and tension about 60-65% from their base diameter.
