PTFE Coated Quartz Sewing Thread is made of high temperature resistant lubricating layer coated on the surface of high twist quartz fiber yarn. The sewing thread has smooth, soft and good folding resistance. It can be directly used in industrial sewing machine and can completely replace glass fiber sewing thread and high silicon oxygen sewing thread.

Description

QZX-PT PTFE coated Quartz sewing thread made from high purity, very fine continuous filament pure fused silica, making it among the strongest and most temperature and chemically resistant thread on the market today. PTFE coating process completely encapsulates the thread, enhancing resistance to buildup of contaminants and repelling attack by most acids and alkalis.

Maximum operating temperature: 2000 deg F

We also offer normal quartz fiber sewn thread without PTFE.
