BSTFLEX Stainless Steel Flange Guards are removable metal protection covers designed to fit around industrial flanged connections. The guard uses a formed stainless steel body with annular side panels around the pipe openings, together with a hinged opening section and stainless steel latch closure for installation and maintenance access.
This construction provides broader external coverage than an open-sided band guard and is suitable for projects requiring a more enclosed metal cover around the flange assembly. Each guard is sized according to the actual flange geometry, pipe diameter and available installation space.

The guard body surrounds the outside of the flange connection, while annular side panels extend inward around the pipe openings. This geometry helps cover both the flange perimeter and side areas of the assembly.
The product is split so that it can be opened around the installed connection. A hinge on one side allows the body to open, while a stainless steel latch secures the guard after positioning.

Flange guards should not be selected by nominal pipe size alone. Different flange standards and pressure designations can have different outside diameters, thicknesses and bolt arrangements.
For quotation, provide the flange standard, nominal size, pressure designation and actual connection dimensions. Where the flange does not follow HG/T 20592, send the applicable ANSI, ASME, DIN, EN, JIS or other standard together with the relevant dimensional drawing.
Useful dimensions include flange outside diameter, total assembled width, pipe outside diameter, bolt and nut projection and nearby installation restrictions.
