Product Detail

High Temperature Ceramic Fiber Cloth

High Temperature Ceramic Fiber Cloth is a flexible woven insulation fabric made from high-purity alumino-silicate ceramic fiber yarn. The fabric is reinforced with fiberglass filament or stainless steel wire to improve handling strength, dimensional stability and durability in demanding thermal environments.

Designed for continuous exposure to severe heat, this ceramic fiber fabric is widely used for welding blankets, furnace curtains, removable insulation covers, expansion joints, heat shields and thermal barriers around high-temperature equipment. It provides low thermal conductivity, excellent flexibility and reliable resistance to flame, radiant heat and hot surface contact.

ANHUI PARKER NEW MATERIAL CO., LTD supplies ceramic fiber cloth in standard 2 mm and 3 mm thicknesses, with fiberglass reinforced and metal wire reinforced options. Custom coating, width, length and packaging solutions are available for OEM insulation blanket manufacturers, industrial maintenance companies and heat protection distributors.

Why Choose Ceramic Fiber Cloth?

Ceramic fiber cloth is selected when ordinary fiberglass fabric cannot provide enough temperature resistance. Compared with standard glass fiber cloth, ceramic fiber fabric offers higher thermal endurance and better insulation performance in furnace, foundry, boiler, kiln and welding environments.

  • High temperature resistance: Suitable for insulation and protection applications up to 1260°C.
  • Flexible woven structure: Easy to wrap, cut, sew and fabricate into custom thermal insulation parts.
  • Reinforced yarn construction: Fiberglass or stainless steel wire reinforcement improves mechanical strength.
  • Low thermal conductivity: Helps reduce heat loss and protect surrounding components from excessive heat exposure.
  • Non-asbestos material: A safer replacement for traditional asbestos heat insulation cloth.
  • Custom processing: Can be supplied with vermiculite coating, aluminum foil laminate or adhesive backing for special applications.
